By creating an account on MyHisabApp.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MyHisabApp cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must provide accurate and complete information when generating invoices for freelance clients.
MyHisabApp is an analytical tool, not a registered financial institution, bank, or accounting firm. While our AI Smart Search and Dashboard calculate totals based on your inputs, we do not provide certified financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a licensed Chartered Accountant (CA) before submitting any generated invoices or exported data to the government.
Certain features (like the Freelancer Suite or Pro Dashboard) are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months of service.
You agree not to use the platform to generate fraudulent invoices, engage in illegal money lending, or attempt to hack, destabilize, or inject malicious code into the MyHisabApp servers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
