1. Information We Collect

At MyHisabApp, we only collect the information absolutely necessary to provide you with our tracking and invoicing services. This includes:

• Account Data: Your name, email address, and mobile number used during registration.
• Financial Inputs: The transaction amounts, descriptions, categories, and client details you manually enter or automatically schedule within the app.
• Uploaded Documents: Invoices or warranty cards you actively upload to the Asset Vault.

Crucial Note: We NEVER ask for, collect, or store your actual banking credentials, internet banking passwords, or OTPs. We do not interface directly with your bank accounts.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized strictly to render the services you requested. Our AI engine processes your transaction descriptions to generate localized insights and answer your queries in the Smart Search dashboard. This processing happens in isolated, secure environments.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We will never share your personal ledger, client list, or net worth details with advertising networks, third-party marketers, or data brokers. Data is only shared when legally required by Indian law enforcement via a valid court order.

4. Your Rights (Export & Deletion)

You maintain full ownership of your data. At any time, you can:

• Download your complete transaction ledger as a CSV/Excel file.
• Request a total account deletion, which will permanently wipe your encrypted records from our servers within 30 days.
