How to Get Started

1

Add Your Insurance Policies

Start by entering your existing health and life insurance policies. Upload the policy document and set the renewal date β€” the system will alert you when it's due.

2

Log Bills & Records

Whenever you visit a doctor or get a test, log the expense and upload the prescription or report. Everything is stored and searchable.

3

Track Medications & Appointments

Add your current medications with dosage and schedule upcoming doctor appointments. Stay on top of your health routine without spreadsheets.

4

File & Track Claims

Submit a claim? Log it immediately with the claimed amount. Update the status as the insurer approves and reimburses β€” keep a full paper trail.

Why Your Health Records Belong in One Place

Medical paperwork is scattered β€” prescriptions in a drawer, lab reports on WhatsApp, insurance policy PDFs in email, and claim statuses unknown. During an emergency, finding the right document at the right time is stressful.

The MyHisabApp Medical Health Manager gives your entire health financial life a single, organized home. From the moment you visit a doctor to the day you receive a claim reimbursement, every step is tracked, documented, and accessible from any device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I store actual medical documents and reports?
Yes. In the Health Records section, you can upload images (JPG, PNG) or PDF files for prescriptions, lab reports, discharge summaries, and other medical documents. Policy documents can also be attached to insurance policy records.
Does logging a medical expense also update my main budget?
Yes. When you add a medical expense, it is automatically recorded in your main transactions ledger under the Healthcare category. This keeps your overall budget accurate without any double entry.
How does the insurance renewal alert work?
When you add an insurance policy with a renewal date, the renewal date column is colour-coded: red if already expired, orange if due within 30 days, yellow if within 90 days, and green if more than 90 days away. This gives you an instant visual signal every time you open the policies section.
Can I track multiple family members' health data?
Currently, each dashboard belongs to one account. For Family Floater insurance policies, you can enter all insured member names in the "Insured Members" field. Full family profile support is on our roadmap.
Is this available on the free plan?
The Medical Health Manager (all 6 sections) requires the Pro plan or above. This is because it involves file storage, complex data management, and advanced tracking features beyond basic expense logging.

Your health finances deserve better than a drawer full of papers.
